LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 30, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 11 North Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11416-22 by the O’Dell Group on behalf of Susan Mao and Matthew Smith for an accessory structure. 
2. 99 Hilspoint Road:  Application #AA-11522-22 by Luis Bravo for a generator and propane tank. 
3. 3 Sleepy Hollow:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11525-22 by William Cruvinel on behalf of Michael Certoma for an addition, breezeway and screened porch. 
4. 2 Rodgers Way:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11548-22 by B&B Engineering on behalf Rostislav & Amy Leykind to construct an new accessory dwelling unit in rear yard including patio, walkways and septic system. 
5. 40 Drumlin Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11550-22 by Angelos Dosoulas for a fence. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
