LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 23, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 37 Clapboard Hill Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11412-21 by Patricia Gill on behalf of Roxana Larin to install a gate, stone pillars, lights and an electric line. 
2. 19 Woodside Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11459 by Ruth & Robley Ayles to add a front porch with roof, move the front door and replace the roof. 
3. 17 Darbrook Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11538-22 by Michael Cerrata on behalf of Dean & Jennifer Landis for a fence. 
4. 401, 405, 407, 427 Riverside Avenue:  Application #WPL/E-11543-22 by Stephen Edwards, PE on behalf of Jennifer Fava, Town of Westport, Parks & Recreation to construct a new parking lot and sidewalk, stone dust pathway, associated grading, raingarden, benches and picnic tables, removal of invasive plants and installation of new plantings. 
5. 6 James Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11547-22 by Armandio DaSilva on behalf of Robert Haroun for a pool with autocover. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
