1. Board to potentially vote to go into Executive Session to discuss:
A. Pending litigation: 233 LLC v. Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Westport (Docket No. FBT-20-6101303-S (appeal) .
B. Pending litigation: 233 LLC v. Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Westport (Docket No. FBT-20-6101305-S (variance).
The executive session will be by a separate electronic meeting not open to the public. Any vote by the ZBA to resolve pending litigation will be scheduled for a public meeting at a future date.
