Notice is hereby given that the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 5:00pm for the following purposes:

1. Board to potentially vote to go into Executive Session to discuss:
A. Pending litigation: 233 LLC v. Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Westport (Docket No. FBT-20-6101303-S (appeal) .
B. Pending litigation: 233 LLC v. Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Westport (Docket No. FBT-20-6101305-S (variance).
The executive session will be by a separate electronic meeting not open to the public. Any vote by the ZBA to resolve pending litigation will be scheduled for a public meeting at a future date.

B. Discussion of Pending litigation: 233 LLC v. Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Westport (Docket No. FBT-20-6101305-S (variance).
A copy of the Agenda for the Zoning Board of Appeals Special Meeting on June 2, 2022, is available on-line at www.westportct.gov, on the Planning and Zoning Department web page under “Planning & Zoning Department”.
It is the policy of the Town of Westport that all Town-sponsored public meetings and events are accessible to people with disabilities.
