LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 16, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 16 Greenwood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11523-22 by Scott Kilcoyne on behalf of Michael & Deborah Press for addition and interior renovations. 
2. 17 Woodway Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11527-22 by In2Blue Design on behalf of Scott & Deborah Mogelof for a pool, patio, mechanicals, fence and associated site improvements. 
3. 12 Hunt Club Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11530-22 by Chris Montonaro on behalf of 12 Hunt Club Ln LLC for a new single family residence, septic, driveway, porch, patio and associated site improvements. 
4. 12 Hunt Club Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11535-22 by Chris Montonaro on behalf of 12 Hunt Club Ln LLC for a pool, fence and mechanicals. 
5. 41 Valley Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11536-22 by Jonathan & Patricia Whitbourne for a fence. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
