NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP 
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit for orientation purposes only on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. to the following properties in preparation for reviewing the following agenda items at its May 18, 2022 meeting:    



1. 109 Morningside Drive South:  Continued Application #IWW-11489-22 by Eric Bernheim, Esq. on behalf of Kowalsky Family Company LLC for a re-subdivision into 6 lots for single family dwellings. The application will be reviewed for wetland and water quality impact recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission. 

2. 16 Fresenius Road, Lot A, Map F09, Lot 098:  Application #IWW,WPL/E-11518-22 by Paul Richter of Lot A Fresenius LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, grading and related site appurtenances. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks.
