LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 18, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 16 Oakwood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11377-21 by Vivek Kumar for extension of a patio and building a pergola.
2. 268 Bayberry Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11513-22 by Ronald Palumbo on behalf of Matthew Lillvis for a generator and inground propane tank. 
3. 67 Sylvan Road North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11514-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Gabe Jones for a generator. 
4. 12 Bluff Point:  Application #WPL/E-11515-22 by Peter Cadoux on behalf of Thomas Capasse for a new single family residence, driveway, garage, generator and associated site improvements. 
5. 16 Guyer Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11517-22 by Corey Jackson on behalf Robert Weitz for a generator and two propane tanks. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
