WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
MAY 11, 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
May 11, 2022 Special Meeting in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
- 5 Richmondville Avenue:Application #IWW,WPL-11495-22 by David Ginter, PE on behalf of Tracy & Randy Bach to replace an existing entry porch, construct a rear two-story addition and rear porch. Portions of the work are within the upland review area and the WPLO area of Willow Brook.
- 31 Hogan Trail:Continued Application #IWW,WPL-11490-22 by Kousidis Engineering LLC on behalf of Daniel Sixsmith for demolition of existing house and construction of a new single-family residence with garage, new driveway, drainage, septic system, fill, pool, patio and deck. Portions of the work are within the upland review area and the WPLO area of Indian Brook.
- 6 Plover Lane:Application #WPL-11494-22 by Kousidis Engineering LLC on behalf of Eva Zaeschmar for demolition of the existing house and construction of a new FEMA compliant single-family residence with roof-top deck, driveway, and drainage system. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
