LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on October 12, 2022:
I. PUBLIC HEARING
1. 8 Scofield Place / WPL-11604-22; APPROVED. Application Kousidis Engineering, LLC, on behalf of the owner, Pamela Duckworth, to construct a new in-ground swimming pool. The proposed activity is within the Waterway Protection Line (WPL) area of the Saugatuck River.
2. 7 Duck Pond Road / WPL-11605-22; APPROVED. Application of Kousidis Engineering, LLC, on behalf of the owner, Amy Benjamin, to lift an existing single-family residence, renovate it to exceed the definition of new construction, and construct a new permeable driveway. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.
3. 33 High Point Road / WPL-11612-22; APPROVED. Application of LANDTECH on behalf of the owners, Christopher Powers & Victoria Pospisil, to construct a new single-family residence, patio, driveway, septic system, and wetland buffer. The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to Muddy Brook.
