LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on June 1, 2022:
I. PUBLIC HEARING
1. 29 Valley Road / WPL-11539-22; APPROVED. Application of Lauren and Neil MacNeill to construct a new above-ground pool, deck, and driveway expansion. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of Pussy Willow Brook.
2. 17 Meadow Lane / WPL-11541-22; APPROVED. Application of Richard Benson on behalf of the owner, Richard Benson II, to lift and renovate a home to be FEMA compliant, construct additions, entry stairs, utilities, and a driveway. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
Decisions, applications, and plans may be inquired into by contacting the Public Works Office at (203) 341-1120, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
