LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 19, 2022, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 2 Owenoke Park: Costal Site Plan Appl. #PZ-22-00581 submitted by Bluewater Owenoke 2, LLC., for property owned by Blue Owenoke 2, LLC., in the Residence A district, PID #D03005000, for construction of a new, FEMA compliant, single-family dwelling with a pool and a pervious driveway and patio.
