LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of January 10, 2022 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 15 Coleytown Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11449-21 by Frank Giacobbe on behalf of Sheetal & Andrew Stocker to renovate existing 2-story home, add a 3-story addition, roof deck and driveway.
2. 300 Bayberry Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11451-21 by Frank Giacobbe on behalf of Elizabeth & Zack Seckler to demo existing 1-story room, sauna and deck, add 2-story addition with full basement and interior renovations.
3. 101 Grove Point Road:Application #WPL/E-11452-22 by Mark Sloss on behalf of Jason McMahon for a generator
4. 10 Deerwood Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11453-22 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Kerry Nowaski for a generator.
5. 11 Twin Bridge Acres Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11454-22 by Little Blue Construction on behalf of Joshua & Kimberly Stern for installation of two water softener galleries.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
