• Announcement on committee retirees.
• Review previous Minutes and vote for acceptance(s).
• Old Business – Review Golden Shadows Final Report with vote for acceptance.
• New Business – Set dates for Maintenance Study reports field walk-abouts for Health Department and Storage Building on Bayberry Lane property.
• Comments by participants of required Maintenance Items observed throughout Town.
