Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Local Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Agenda to include the following items (subject to revision):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s meeting of October 26, 2022.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Award of Contract for Bid #23-067T (Westport Town Hall Portico Restoration, Project #2018-05) in the amount of $257,320.00 to Scholar Painting, LLC.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of 2019, 2020 and 2021 Grand List Year Real Estate, Personal Property, Sewer Use and Motor Vehicle taxes, as presented.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the following Agreements and associated documents between Cisco Systems, Inc and the Town of Westport as they relate to Cisco Technology and Equipment, cloud service and software and support services for Town-wide Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan Calling EA suite (VoIP devices):
a. A Letter Agreement
b. Cisco Enterprise Agreement Program Terms for End Users
c. Cisco End User License Agreement
5. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at 153 Compo Road North, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of October 27, 2022.
6. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at 18 Mayflower Parkway, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of October 27, 2022.

7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Temporary Access Agreement between the Town of Westport and Connecticut Light and Power Company dba Eversource Energy as it relates to allowing access over four certain town-owned roadways and driveways located at the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facility at 4 Elaine Road to replace communications cables on CL&P’s poles on or adjacent to the Facility.
