Notice & Agenda
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Local Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Full Agenda to be posted with the Town Clerk’s Office when available. Agenda to include the following items (subject to revision):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s and Water Pollution Control Authority’s meetings of September 14, 2022.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Amendment to Unemployment Service Agreement between the Town of Westport and Unemployment Tax Management Corporation (UTMC) to amend the term of Agreement to automatic renewal.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Custody Agreements, Annuity Contracts, Applications and Rollover Agreements, Services Agreement, and any other agreements necessary, to transfer the custody and servicing of the Town’s 401(k) Plan and Defined Contribution Plan to VOYA and its affiliates.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of 2020 and 2021 Grand List Year Real Estate, Personal Property and Motor Vehicle taxes, as presented.
