LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

APRIL 13, 2022 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its

April 13, 2022 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: 

1. 197 Bayberry Lane: Application #IWW/M-11493-22 by John Kaeser on behalf of Mary Ann Mole to amend wetland boundary map #F15.
2. 17 Over Rock Lane: Application #IWW,WPL/E-11469-22 by Tessa Jucaite, PE, TJ Engineering LLC, on behalf of Howard & Bathsheva Hochster for a garage reconstruction, retaining walls, drainage, and grading. Portions of the work are within the upland review area.
