Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the June 7, 2022, meeting.

2. To review and comment on the proposed signage at 135 Post Road East (Parcel ID# C09/144/000) submitted by Jorge Guzman, Sign A Rama, for property owned by COMU Westport LLC, C/O Bayberry Property Management. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 

3. To review and comment on the proposed addition including elevator and exterior, covered stairs, new doors, and roof deck with railing at 12 Avery Place (Parcel ID# C10/138/000) submitted by Jacqueline Kaufman, Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP, for property owned by J A C A Avery Place LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 

4. *To review and comment on the proposed signage at 38 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10/154/000) submitted by Mohammed, MMK Custom, for property owned by 38 Main LP, C/O ATCO Properties & Management. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

5. To adjourn the meeting.
