Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:
- To approve minutes from the February 1, 2022, meeting.
- To review and comment on the proposed conversion of rear building from residential units to Affordable Housing, a minor second floor addition over a first-floor element, and construction of a balcony at 44 Church Lane (Parcel ID# C10//155/000) submitted by Rick Redniss, Redniss & Mead for property owned by BW Church East LLC, C/O David Adam Realty Inc. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
To review and comment on the proposed outdoor dining and seating at 29 Church Lane (59 Post Road East) (Parcel ID# C09//140/000) submitted by Howard Bass, CEO Manna Toast for property owned by Bedford Square Properties C/O David Adam Realty. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. *Withdrawn
