Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the October 25, 2022, meeting.

2. 1 Burr Road
To review and comment on the proposed conversion of the existing 120-bed skilled nursing facility into a 68-bed modern memory care facility consistent with the recently approved Text Amendment #823 PZ22-0066 at 1 Burr Road (Parcel ID# C06//089/000) submitted by Rick Redniss, Redniss & Mead, for property owned by 1 Burr Road, LLC located in RORD1. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

3. Discussion with The Westport Bus Shelter Working Group regarding bus shelters for riders using the Coastal Link Bus Service on the Post Road in Westport. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

4. To adjourn the meeting.
