Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the June 28, 2022, meeting.

2. 374 Post Road East
To review and comment on the proposed façade modifications, awning and signage at 374 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09/122/000) submitted by Lisa Donmeyer, JSD, for property owned by Compo Acres LLC, C/O Equity One Reality located in the GBD/A Zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

3. 545 Riverside Avenue
To review and comment on the proposed new canopy and façade at 545 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# C06//054/000) submitted by Peter Schuerch, Studio FFA, LLC, for property owned by Mill Pond Farm Inc, C/O Robert Meyer located in CBD/S. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

4. Discuss Possible Text Amendment #819/#PZ-22-00387
To discuss a proposed Text Amendment #819, by Eric Bernheim, FLB Law, to create a new
zoning district, §24C, General Business Center/Saugatuck Marina. possible text amendment.

5. Discuss Possible Map Amendment #820/#PZ-22-00391
To discuss a proposed Text Amendment #820, by Eric Bernheim, FLB Law, to rezone from General Business District to General Business District/Saugatuck Marina, the properties at 2, 16, 36, 40 Railroad Place, 601, 606, 609, 611 Riverside Avenue, 91, 96, Franklin Street, and 21 Charles Street which together equal 4.9 acres.

6. Hamlet at Saugatuck Project – Pre-Application discussion
To discuss, review, and comment on the proposed project submitted by Peter Romano, Landtech for property owned by Roan Ventures located in the GBD Zone.
