LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 1, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 307 Bayberry Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11394-21 by MLR Properties LLC on behalf Niklas Bergentoft for a new single family residence.
2. 21 Crooked Mile Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11417-21 by Vesna Herman on behalf of Robert & Constance Slimmon to construct an addition, new retaining walls and associated site work.
3. 23 Stoneboat Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11418-21 by Pavel May for a generator and propane tanks.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
