LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 5, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 27 Green Acre Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11271-21 by LandTech on behalf of Tye Schlegelmilch for a pool with spa, patios with bbq, retaining and boulder walls, fence and mechanicals.
2. 7 Merritt Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11351-21 by LandTech on behalf of Gabriel & Rachel Dymond to construct a concrete sports court with associated drainage.
3. 65 Center Street:Application #AA,WPL/E-11352-21 by Nick Vitello of In2Blue on behalf of Scott Gottlieb to construct an inground swimming pool, mechanicals and pool fence.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
