Conservation Department Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 28, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 11 Cob Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11303-21 by Good Gardens, LLC on behalf of Melissa & Matt Dombrow for two rear patios with a sitting wall, hot tub beneath existing deck.
  2. 21 Woodside Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11311-21 by Corey Jackson of CT Permit Services on behalf of Gavin Middleton for a generator.
  3. 30 Kings Highway South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11317-21 by Vita Design Group on behalf of Joseph Matthew & Suzanna Crosby for a partial demo of existing house, new 2 story addition, septic, drainage, grading, retaining wall, a/c units, pool equipment, driveway reconfiguration, and underground propane tank.
  4. 30 Kings Highway South:Application #AA,WPL/E-11322-21 by Vita Design Group on behalf of Joseph Matthew & Susanna Crosby for a pool & pool patio.
  5. 152 Greens Farms Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11343-21 by Kevin & Stacy Greiss to replace an existing deck.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
