LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 21, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 234 Bayberry Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11333-21 by Bill Achilles, Achilles Architects on behalf of Sara Sachs to construct a new pool, patio, exterior addition/renovation, drainage and associated site work.
2. 35 Beachside Avenue:Application #WPL/E-11339-21 by Roger Ferris & Partners on behalf of Greens Farms Academy to construct a 6’ x 6’ gate house.
3. 29 Woody Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11344-21 by Matthew Biron on behalf of Jennifer Hershey for a pool and retaining wall.
4. 12 Birchwood Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11346-21 by Gault Energy on behalf of Aaron Hultgren for a generator and three 120 gallon propane tanks.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
