Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 14, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 16 Timber Lane:Application #AA-11272-21 by Ron Dominici on behalf of James & Karen Tricarico to demolish the existing home and construct a new residence, septic and drainage. Pool not included at this time.
2. 4 Tanglewood Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11290-21 by Jonathan Brundrige to convert a deck to office space.
3. 58 Easton Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11292-21 by Jack Moses , N&J Construction LLC, on behalf of Marion Westby for a pool.
4. 25 Woody Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11295-21 by In2Blue Design LLC on behalf of Dan Guetta to construct a pool with patio, mechanicals and fence.
5. 113 Old Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11329-21 by Signature Pools on behalf of Oliver Wilson Construction for a pool, patio, mechanicals, fence, wall, grading and drainage.
6. 8 Ambler Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11338-21 by Blake Delanney for a fence.
7. 1 Quentin Road:Application #WPL/E-11340-21 by Freddie & Co. on behalf of Jeffrey & Elizabeth Silverman for a pool, fence and mechanicals.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
