NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP 
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. to the following property for orientation purposes only in preparation for reviewing the following agenda item at its June 16, 2021 public hearing:

1. 10 Scofield Place: Application #WPL-11301-21 by LandTech on behalf of Jared and Danelle Gill to -construct a new single-family residence and drainage. 

2. 6 Bluff Point: Application #WPL-11313-21 by LandTech on behalf of Arthur Tauck to install and endless pool on top of an elevated deck within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River. 

3. 61 Richmondville Ave.: Request by Jean P. Pearl Revocable Trust for issuance of a staff-level permit to legalize stone stairs, gravel sitting area and low rock wall within the upland review and WPLO area of the Saugatuck River. 

4. If necessary: 2 Timber Lane:  Continued Application:  Application #IWW,WPL-11275-21 by Dean Martin, PE on behalf of CCO Habitats LLC to construct a new single family residence, a new deck and a new, 50% code-compliant septic system. Portions of the work are within the upland review area and the WPLO area of an unnamed tributary of Dead Man’s Brook.

5. If necessary: 6 Meadowbrook Lane:  Continued Application: Application #IWW, WPL-11252-21 by Andy Soumelidis of LandTech on behalf of Ronny Ceballo for the proposed renovation to a single-family residence, new pool, pool house, septic and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area and the WPLO area of Muddy Brook. 


6. If necessary: 59 Red Coat Road:  Continued Application:  Application #IWW-11237-21 by LandTech on behalf of Kevin Dorsey to construct a new single-family residence, pool, pool patio surrounded by walls, septic and related drainage and grading. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks. 


Members will meet at the site in their own vehicles.  This site might be especially wet and or be prone to ticks so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended. Due to COVID-19, Social Distancing will be practiced; anyone in attendance must wear a mask.
