Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 17, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 40 Sturges Common:Application #AA,WPL/E-11273-21 by Taralo Electric Group on behalf of David Komansky for a generator.
- 5 Cob Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11293-21 by David & Linda Skolnick for a culvert extension, new headwall and slope regrading.
- 3 Compo Parkway:Application #WPL/E-11297-21 by Joseph Risoli PE, LLC on behalf of Beck Goss to resurface the existing inground swimming pool and reconfigure the driveway for construction of a parking court.
- 33 Ferry Lane East:Application #WPL/E-11320-21 by Quinn Contracting LLC on behalf of Allen & Iliza Weitzer for raising roof over the second floor to add a walk in closet and office, interior renovations to kitchen and basement.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
