Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 26, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 1A Meadowbrook Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11270-21 by Bluewater Meadow 1A for a pool with spa, BBQ, credenza, walkways, fence, and pool mechanicals.
2. 1 Northside Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11280-21 by William Chappa on behalf of 1 Northside Lane Westport LLC to renovate the existing single family residence, add a second story addition over the garage with a balcony, and enlarging the rear deck.

9. 32 Drumlin Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11296-21 by Gault Family Companies on behalf of Cindy Bacon for an a/c condensing unit on the side of the house.
10. 78 Cross Highway:Application #AA,WPL/E-11299-21 by Gault Energy on behalf of Senter Johnson and Michelle Holmes for a new generator powered by the existing propane tank.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
