NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP

CONSERVATION COMMISSION    

The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. to the following properties for orientation purposes only in preparation for reviewing agenda items at its May 11, 2021 special meeting.

  1. 17 Mortar Rock Road:Application #IWW,WPL-11241-21 by CCO Habitats LLC to remove the existing dwelling and construct a new single family dwelling with driveway connected to sanitary sewer and associated site improvements. Work is within the upland review area setbacks and the WPLO area of Pussy Willow Brook.

     

     

  2. 280 Compo Road South:Application #WPL-11274-21 by Bryan Nesteriak of B&B Engineering LLC on behalf of Simple Plan One LLC for a proposed pool, modification of previously approved driveway, pervious patios and drainage system. Work is within the WPLO area of Gray’s Creek.

     

  3. 6 Meadowbrook Lane:Application #IWW,WPL-11252-21 by Andy Soumelidis of LandTech on behalf of Ronny Ceballo for the proposed renovation to a single family residence, new pool, pool house, septic and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area and the WPLO area of Muddy Brook.

 

     

Members will meet at the site in their own vehicles.  Some sites might be especially wet and or be prone to ticks so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended. Due to COVID-19, Social Distancing will be practiced; anyone in attendance must wear a mask.
