LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 19, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 179 Compo Road South:Application #AA-11281-21 by Matt Conners on behalf of Leila Conners to construct a front staircase addition, interior renovations, new septic system, and associated site work.
2. 179 Compo Road South:Application #AA-11282-21 by Matt Conners on behalf of Leila Conners to construct an inground pool, pool cabana, mechanicals, fence and associated site work.
3. 83 Grove Point Road:Application #WPL/E-11285-21 by Gault Energy on behalf of Jann Colabella for a generator and three above-ground propane tanks.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
