LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 12, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 11 Devon Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11240-21 by Gault Family Companies on behalf of Stephen Rowland for an above-ground oil tank.
2. 6 Guyer Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11256-21 by Paraco Gas on behalf of Greta Cushing for three above-ground propane tanks.
3. 84 Wilton Road:Application #WPL/E-11269-21 by Huelster Design Studio on behalf of Janet Reynolds to replace the existing cedar fence with a combination 3-foot high stonewall with 3-foot high cedar fence above.
4. 10 Ambler Road West:Application #AA,WPL/E-11277-21 by Timothy J Lynch for a generator and above ground propane tank.
5. 9 Woodcock Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11279-21 by Gault Energy on behalf of Devin Taylor for a generator and three, 120-gallon propane tanks.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
