Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 5, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 11 Roosevelt Road:Application #WPL/E-11263-21 by Robert M Berger on behalf of Roni Goldberg for a 1-story addition.
2. 4 Ulbrick Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11265-21 by Matthew Tomis on behalf of Paul Pieper for a generator.
3. 27 Crawford Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11266-21 by Northeast Generator on behalf of Anat Segal for a generator.
4. 20 Jesup Road:Application #WPL/E-11267-21 by John Broadbin on behalf of the Town of Westport, Levitt Pavillion, for turf installation on near stage to replace existing grass, install drainage system to manage runoff in slope in lower area of amphitheater.
5. 34 Warnock Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11268-21 by Datin Bros. on behalf of Larry & Georgia Wasserman for an emergency septic repair.
