Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 29, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 2 Harbor Hill:Application #AA,WPL/E-11231-21 by RI Pools Inc on behalf of Jason & Rosemary Little for a pool, spa, patio, built-in grill, retaining walls and drainage.
2. 4 River Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11242-21 by Matthew Brodtman on behalf of VanBrodt Estates to renovate house, add deck, add porch, add 2 baths, expand finished portion of basement, and new septic.

4. 38 Silent Grove North:Application #AA,WPL/E-11248-21 by Navarro Home Improvement on behalf of Steve Secundo to convert a screen-in porch to an enclosed room with no footprint expansion.
5. 12 Elmwood Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11254-21 by Dandelion Energy Inc. on behalf of Kaveh Ghahremani for a closed-loop geothermal well heating system.
6. 9 Burritts Landing North:Application #WPL/E-11259-21 by Tarala Electric Group on behalf of Marc Levy for a generator.
7. 10 Riverfield Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11260-21 by Cesar Mendoza to add a third garage bay and add a second story addition over the garage.
8. 21 Beachside Common:Application #WPL/E-11264-21 by Cannondale Generator on behalf of Laura Leleto replace an existing generator with a new 13kw generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
