LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 22, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 98 North Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11181-21 by Mike Mitchell Eckerson Design Assoc. on behalf of Tea Prlianovich & Molly Taylor for the installation of an inground pool, patio, paving, fencing, mechanicals, and drainage.
2. Silent Grove North:Application #AA,WPL/E-11200-21 by LandTech on behalf of Silent Grove North Special Taxing District for drainage improvements for privately owned road.
3. 24 Harbor Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11212-21 by Christopher Rosow on behalf of Belinda Shepard for a proposed half-story addition with no change in footprint.
4. 11 Vineyard Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11222-21 by Arkady Sardarian for legalization of a deer fence.
5. 6 Hillyfield Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11225-21 by Robert Kovac on behalf of Matt Sugarman to replace a covered porch with a new porch.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
