LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 8, 2021 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 18 Blue Ribbon Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11178-21 by MLR Properties on behalf of Roman & Stephanie Kogan Trustees for a pool, porch with fireplace, patio, legalization of deer fence, and relocation of drainage pipe.
2. 28 Owenoke Park:Application WPL/E-11203-21 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Elizabeth Robins for a generator and propane tank.
3. 28 Cranbury Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11214-21 by Gault Energy on behalf of Antonio Riera for a generator and 3 -120 gallon above-ground propane tanks.
4. 61 Colony Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11216-21 by ATP Electric on behalf of Kiernan Costello for a generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
