Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 9:00 AM. Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 7B, there is no physical location for this meeting. It will be held electronically, live streamed on www.westportct.gov, and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. Emails to the Board of Selectmen prior to the meeting may be sent to selectman@westportct.gov. Comments to be read during the public comment portion of the meeting may be emailed to BOScomments@westportct.gov. Best efforts will be made to read public comments if they are received during the public comment period, include your name and are brief; no longer than 3 minutes. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items and is subject to revision:
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s meeting of April 14, 2021.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Downtown Merchants Association, to approve the closure of (i) Main Street from Route 1 to Avery Place and (ii) Elm Street from Main Street to its entrance to the Baldwin Parking Lot on July 17, 2021 and August 14, 2021 during merchant store hours for Outdoor Summer Shopping Days, contingent upon compliance with recommendations from Town departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town-owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Finance Director, to approve the Software License Agreement between the Town of Westport and DebtBook as it relates to the consolidation of current and future debt agreements and schedules for outstanding debt and payment breakdowns.

To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Information Technology Director, to approve the End User License Agreement between the Town of Westport and enCodePlus, LLC for licensing software that enables the access and use of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations online.
- Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the request for the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at 122 Wilton Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of April 15, 2021, and the applicants’ Sanitary Sewer Feasibility Report, dated May 22, 2017, revised August 20, 2020; April 12, 2021.
- Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the request for the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at41 Richmondville Avenue, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of April 15, 2021, and the applicants’ Sanitary Sewer Report, dated April 15, 2021.
7. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to schedule a date to consider proposed assessments and to determine final assessments to be levied for the construction or acquisition of sewerage system(s) approved during 2020. NO VOTE
