SPECIAL NOTICE ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR THIS ELECTRONIC MEETING:

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 7B, there will be no physical location for this meeting. This meeting will be held electronically.

Affordable Housing Subcommittee Revision #1

Announcement from Elaine Daignault/New Affordable Housing Administrator.
Discuss §8-30j Affordability Plan deadlines/timing and whether RFQ or RFP is necessary.
Update on request to DOT for transfer of portion of 900 Post Road East to Westport Housing Authority.
Continue discussion of proposed Accessory Dwelling Units regulation. Consider proposal to bring to full commission for sense of the full commission.
Discussion regarding how to improve the Inclusionary Housing Overlay District (IHZ) regulations.
Update regarding proposals for state-wide zoning changes.
