LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

JANUARY 19, 2022 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its

January 19, 2022 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 10 Pin Oak Court:Application #IWW/M-11445-21 by R.I. Pools, Inc. on behalf of Gertrude Denton to amend wetland boundary map #B14.
2. 17 Mortar Rock Road:Application #IWW,WPL/E-11440-21 by Peter Boccarossa to add a front porch addition. Work is within the upland review area setbacks.
3. 175A Cross Highway:Application #IWW,WPL/E-11444-21 by Arthur H Howland & Associates, PC on behalf of Phillip J Toohey, Trustee for a proposed single story addition and a patio with pergola. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks.
