Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

 

  1. To approve minutes from the October 26, 2021 meeting

     

  2. 1505 Post Road East

    To review and comment on the proposed signage at 1505 Post Road East (Parcel ID# H09//025/000) submitted by Tracy Becker, Sign Pro for property owned by Tood Corporation, C/O Reynolds & Rowella LLP located in General Business District/A. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

     

  3. 33 Riverside Avenue

    To review and comment on the proposed exterior balcony at 33 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# C09//120/000) submitted by Rick Constantini, FLB Law for property owned by Abbey Road Riverside, LLC, C/O Bayberry Property Management, LLC located in General Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

     

  4. 385-387 Post Road East

    To review and comment on the proposed changes to existing tenant storefront to relocate entry door at 385-387 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09//151/000) submitted by Bill Achilles, Achilles Architects for property owned by Westbrook Inc, C/O Torrey Brooks located in General Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

     

  5. 6 Maple Ave South

To review and comment on the proposed free standing sign at 6 Maple Ave South (Parcel ID# H09//014/000) submitted by Sebastian Bonilla for property owned by Edilma Bonilla located in General Business District/A. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
