(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed.  All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman.  Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)

       I.         Public Hearing

1. 83 Red Coat Road Lot 1/Application AA, WPL #9293-12; Application of Larry Edwards for the construction of a single family house and associated site improvements.  Portions of the work are within the WPLO setback and 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 5 River Lane 3 Lot Subdivision/Application AA WPL/E #9297-12; Conservation Department referral to the Flood and Erosion Control Board for recommendations to the Conservation Commission.
3. 17 Stony Point Road/Application WPL #9300-12; Application of Eckerson Design Associates, LLC for the installation of a small swimming pool and associated site improvements.  Work is within the WPLO setback and 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
4. 59 Post Road East / 35 Church Lane / Application #9301-12;  Application of Bedford Square Associates, LLC for the redevelopment of portions of 59 Post Road East and 35 Church Lane involving selective demolition and reconstruction and associated site improvements.  Portions of the work are within the WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
