Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the May 25, 2021 meeting

2. 49 Riverside Avenue, Building #51
To review and comment on the proposed changes to street façade of the #51 building to add picture windows at 49 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# C09//121/000) submitted by Bill Achilles-Achilles Architects for property owned by Sumaran Limited Partnership located in General Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

3. 30 Hillspoint Road
To review and comment on the proposed interior remodeling with minor modification to the windows at 30 Hillspoint Road (Parcel ID# E08//013/000) submitted by Robert Storm for property owned by Conservative Synagogue Inc located in AA Zone. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

4. 181 Main Street
To review and comment on the proposed canopy at 181 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10//089/000) submitted by Christina Gordon for property owned by Acadia 181 Main Street LLC, C/O Ryan Pts Dept 800 located in Restricted Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

5. 499-501 Post Road East
To review and comment on the proposed signage at 499-501 Post Road East (Parcel ID# C09//063/000) submitted by Ronni Molinari for property owned by 499-501 Post Road East Associated located in General Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.


6. To adjourn the meeting.




Comments from the public will be received during the Public Hearing.  A copy of the applications and Architectural Review Board agenda for the hearing is available on-line at www.westportct.gov, on the Town Calendar web page under July 27, 2021. Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, the Notice and Agenda and application materials for Architectural Review Board hearing cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Planning and Zoning Office at this time.
If you would like to give your Public Hearing comments by participating by video in the meeting, please send an email by noon on July 27, 2021, to ddouglass@westportct.gov stating your name and address and the Public Hearing agenda item to which your comments will relate, and video meeting participation details will be emailed to you to enable you to participate by video in the Public Hearing.
