Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

 

  1. To approve minutes from the March 23, 2021 meeting

     

  2. 950 Post Road East

    To review and comment on the proposed conversion of property into a 14-unit residential building pursuant to accompanying text change to §25 Highway Service District at 950 Post Road East (Parcel ID# F09//059/000) submitted by Richard Redniss, Redniss & Mead Inc. for property owned by EWKAI 950 Post Road East LLC located in Highway Service District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

     

  3. 71 Hillandale Road

    To review and comment on the proposed exterior addition on west (left) side of nursery school at 71 Hillandale Road (Parcel ID# F08//105/000) submitted by Richard Benson for property owned by Congregational Church of Greens Farms located in Zone A. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

     

  4. 1076 Post Road East

    To review and comment on the proposed exterior façade alterations at 1076 Post Road East (Parcel ID# F09//050/000) submitted by Christina Gordon, Frederick William Hoag Architect for property owned by Post Plaza LLC located in Zone HSD. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

     

  5. 60 Compo Road South aka 21 Imperial Avenue

To review and comment on the proposed permanent canopy at 60 Compo Road South aka 21 Imperial Avenue (Parcel ID# D09//046/000) submitted by Susan Pfister, Westport Center for Senior Activities for property owned by Town of Westport located in Zone DSORD2. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

 

Comments from the public will be received during the Public Hearing.  A copy of the applications and Architectural Review Board agenda for the hearing is available on-line at www.westportct.gov, on the Town Calendar web page under April 27, 2021. Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, the Notice and Agenda and application materials for Architectural Review Board hearing cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Planning and Zoning Office at this time.

If you would like to give your Public Hearing comments by participating by video in the meeting, please send an email by noon on April 27, 2021, to ddouglass@westportct.gov stating your name and address and the Public Hearing agenda item to which your comments will relate, and video meeting participation details will be emailed to you to enable you to participate by video in the Public Hearing.
