Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of December 14, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 6 Guyer Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11156-20 by William J Osanitech on behalf of Gretta Cushing for an inground pool.
2. 37 Crawford Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11158-20 by In2Blue Design LLC on behalf of Jordan Citak for an inground pool, spa, patio and mechanicals.
3. 15 Summer Hill:Application #AA,WPL/E-11159-20 by Thomas Connolly on behalf of Arlene Scanlan for a generator.
4. 18 Cob Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11162-20 by Jennifer Schwartz for a fence.
5. 300 Sherwood Island Connector:Application #AA,WPL/E-11170-20 by Peter Ratkiewich, Director of Public Works on behalf of the Town of Westport to remove remove two underground tanks and replace with 8,000 gallon above ground tank and a 4,000 gallon above ground tank.
6. 178 Hillspoint Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11171-20 by Gault Energy on behalf of Scott Gottlieb for an a/c unit.
