Conservation Department Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of December 7, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 5 Winding Court:Application #AA,WPL/E-11150-20 by Mattera Construction for a pool, patio, fence, drainage and mechanicals.
  2. 5 Charcoal Hill Commons:Application #AA,WPL/E-11152-20 by Quinn Contracting on behalf of Richard Friedman for a second floor addition over an existing garage.
  3. 129 Sturges Highway:Application #AA,WPL/E-11153-20 by Gunzy Electric on behalf of John Marino & Elaine Sullivan for a generator.
  4. 31 Sylvan Road North:Application #AA,WPL/E-11157-20 by Signature Pools on behalf of Tom Bellette for an inground pool.
  5. Berkeley Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11161-20 by Beverly Sturley on behalf of Berkeley Road Association to repair broken culvert on northern portion of Berkeley Road. Repair includes removal of section of broken 12 inch clay pipe and replace with plastic 12 inch pipe. Work to be within limits of roadway to conduct repair. Approval includes a hand dug swale to south of culvert to allow waterflow.
  6. 7 Lamplight Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11164-20 by Jonathan Cunitz for a generator and generator pad.

 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
