(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 5 River Lane 3 Lot Subdivision/Application AA WPL/E #9181-12; Conservation Department referral to the Flood and Erosion Control Board for recommendations to the Conservation Commission.
2. 5 Marine Avenue/Application WPL #9200-12; Application of Ochman Associates Inc. for the installation of an inground pool with spa and patio. Work is within the 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
II. Work Session – The public is invited to observe but may not participate.
