WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision on November 20, 2020 at a Show Cause Hearing held in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses.

58 Turkey Hill Road South (Lot: 036 Map: G07):  The decision to issue a Cease and Correct Order to Phillip & Jessica Polito for filling, cutting, grading and clearing within the regulated area and without a permit was REVISED.

The file may be examined by appointment with the Conservation Department.
