I. Public Hearing
- 11 Great Marsh Road/Application WPL#9114-12; Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the construction of a new boat house and the replacement of an existing pool and patio with a new pool and wood deck. Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
- 5 River Lane 3 Lot Subdivision/Application AA WPL/E #9118-12; Conservation Department referral to the Flood and Erosion Control Board for recommendations to the Conservation Commission.
- Work Session – The public is invited to observe but may not participate.
1. 169 Riverside Avenue/WPL #7920-06; Request for modification to previously approved permit.
