LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
OCTOBER 28, 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision at its October 28, 2020 Special Meeting in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
- 21 Duck Pond Road:Application #WPL-11068-20 by Franco Iannoni of RI Pools Inc. on behalf of Jennifer Strom for an inground pool, pool mechanicals, pool fence, and associated drainage. Portions of the work are within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
