Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 5, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 2 Placid Lake Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11083-20 by RI Pools Inc. on behalf of Paul & Jodi Sosman to install a new pool, patios, retaining wall, pool equipment and fence.
2. 312 Bayberry Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11087-20 by Robert Pryor of LandTech on behalf of David Herling for a driveway expansion and grading in the rear yard.
3. 54 Cross Highway:Application #AA,WPL/E-11089-20 by Gault Energy on behalf of William Mitchell for a generator.
4. 3 Cedar Gate:Application #AA,WPL/E-11090-20 by Tarala Electric Group LLC on behalf of Richard Fogel for a generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
