Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 21, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 3 Willow Walk Road:Application #AA-11067-20 by Kevin Stanley to repair an existing porch and construct a deck.
2. 8 Kirock Place:Application #AA,WPL/E-11071-20 by Geoffrey Walsh for dormers, portico, window and siding and interior renovations.
3. 35 Beachside Avenue:Application #WPL/E-11072-20 by John Fallon on behalf of Greens Farms Academy for a temporary isolation trailer.
4. 24 Berndale Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11074-20 by Adam & Stacey Konowitz for a screened porch.
5. 149 Riverside Avenue:Application #WPL/E-11077-20 by GT Electric LLC on behalf of Janet Sparre to install a generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
