Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 14, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 6 Hilly Field Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11058-20 by Robert Novac on behalf of Mattew Sugarman to demo garage and rebuild with a 9-foot extension.
2. 5 Winding Court:Application #AA,WPL/E-11064-20 by Walter Mattera, Mattera Construction Co. LLC for a new single family residence.
3. 9 Weston Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11065-20 by Deborah Price for a generator.

7. 7 Dogwood Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11079-20 by Gault Energy on behalf of Andrew Small for a generator.
